Currently assembled in our production workshops, this surface treatment line will soon be delivered to an aerospace equipment manufacturer.
The installation enables various anodic and chemical oxidation processes to be carried out on aluminium. These treatments are designed to improve the anti-corrosion and/or anti-wear properties of the treated parts.
Fully controlled and tracked by our Optiflow supervision software, the installation includes:
- Around thirty treatment tanks, ensuring each stage of the chemical and/or electrolytic processes.
- Two 300 kg automatic handling robots, guaranteeing production rates.
- A reverse osmosis water production system and mobile ion exchange rinsing recycling system, ensuring water quality that meets the strict requirements of aerospace surface treatment.
