CORELEC Équipements has designed and manufactured an effluent treatment plant for a French manufacturer, a world leader in the field of chemicals, enabling treated water to be recycled directly in its industrial process.
We were able to integrate all the treatment functions in different containers that will be installed outdoors to minimize on-site construction time and the cost of building a new dedicated facility.
The plant will be able to treat by vacuum evaporation a volume of 40 m³/day of hazardous effluents, which are currently evacuated by road tankers to waste treatment centres.
Recycling will also reduce mains water consumption by more than 90% for this industrial process.
