CORELEC Équipements has designed and delivered an industrial wastewater treatment plant, incorporating treated water recycling for a French company operating in the aerospace sector.
This solution, designed for a surface treatment and non-destructive testing (penetrant inspection) workshop, also engineered by our teams, enables the treatment and recycling of up to 8 m³ of wastewater per day using a vacuum evaporation process. It also provides rinse water recycling at a rate of 5 m³/h, combining ion-exchange demineralisation with UV-oxidant sterilisation. The system as a whole ensures compliance with the water quality requirements necessary for an aerospace manufacturing workshop. The recycling system implemented helps to reduce the consumption of mains water required for this industrial process by more than 90%.
